3-string bass dulcimer, with spruce top and walnut back and sides, from McSpadden Dulcimers.

  • 28 1/2" vibrating string length
  • Bass Fretboard has a 1 1/2 fret in addition to the usual 6 1/2 and 13 1/2 frets
  • Standard padded nylon case, pick and noter included.
  • Strap Buttons are installed to match Tuning Pegs.

They are built as a 3 string dulcimer and are tuned to D-A-D. They can be tuned to C-G-c for the Key of C or to D-G-d as a Key of G "new Ionian" pattern.

McSpadden Dulcimers are made in the "Folk Music Capital of the World" in the Ozark Mountains. These excellent instruments come with a lifetime warranty.
